1、HD-71S is used as internal and external lubricant for PVC, with less dosage than G70L and G74;
2、HD-71S has excellent demoulding property and good ability to promote plasticization, thermal stability is only slightly lower than G78. suitable for sheet and film processing process;
3、HD-71S also has internal lubrication. When using 71S, no internal lubricant such as G16S, G16L, G40, G60, etc. is needed;
4、The effect of HD-71S in PVC sheet and film is better than that of 70S with internal lubricant, and the transparency and gloss of the products are especially improved; it is not easy to have such phenomena as crystal point, ripple, white mist and sticky roller in the production process.
HD-71S is suitable for rigid PVC, ABS, PET, PBT products and transparent sheet and film materials.
The usual amount of HD-71S: 0.2~0.6%, without adding any internal lubricant
